What is Wholeness & Healing Work?

This work can be challenging for many, however, because we presume that you are highly motivated to make changes for your own best interest.  When you come to understand that YOU are your best resource and healer for what has held you back, it may require that you surrender certain beliefs or reactions that you have been highly invested in maintaining. I understand the intricacies of how the process of change can temporarily increase your stress because it requires you to surrender your attachment to what no longer serves you.  And so I offer you the guidance, support, encouragement, and accountability to help you get to where you want to be.  Most importantly, I am always focused on the long term, permanent sustainability of any change, and pay special attention to any elements you may hold on to that would sabotage your successes.

My approach relies heavily on an in-depth working knowledge of human behavior and neurobiology, somatic trauma, personality development from my years of training and experience as a clinical mental health counselor with individuals and couples.  Wholeness & Healing Work also draws from a plethora of other healing traditions and ways of understanding the human experience so that I am uniquely positioned to facilitate your mastery of all facets of thoughts, behaviors, and feelings that make up who you are. I tailor each coaching experience to the needs and goals of the individual/couple and maximize the time you spend with me by creating actionable goals and crafting suitable strategies for you to deploy.  While change in the human spirit and energy can occur in a moment,  landing that change in the human brain is only accomplished through practice and repetition, so you will always leave each session with an assignment of something you will have to practice.

Ultimately, this work empowers you to feel more in control, more satisfied, and an increased capacity for creativity and flexibility, as well as the confidence to move as and when you are ready.
