Scott David Clift
Conscious Growth & Healing Coach
Energy Healer & Spiritual Integration Facilitator
I am tenaciously devoted to exploring the deep interconnection of mind, body, heart, soul, and spirit. Both in my personal life and in my professional service, I practice a path of continual inquiry—holding that many of the beliefs we’ve inherited may no longer serve our wholeness.
My approach draws from over 30 years of experience working with individuals, organizations, and communities across diverse cultures and disciplines. Rooted in a rich tapestry of global experiences, multiple wisdom traditions, and healing modalities, I bring a multidimensional understanding of human behavior, values, motivation, and relational dynamics. Whether working with individuals, couples, or groups, I am passionate about guiding people to break through internal barriers, heal emotional and spiritual wounds, and cultivate a solid, integrated foundation from which they can thrive.
At the core of my philosophy is this: every system—whether an individual, a family, an organization, or a community—operates to the best of its current ability. Chronic challenges are often the result of well-meaning, though misaligned, attempts to bring about safety or growth. When the mind, body, or resources are constrained, patterns form that once served a purpose but may now hinder expansion. Through compassionate insight and courageous collaboration, I help clients access new internal and external resources that support meaningful, sustainable change.
My particular focus lies in the body–mind–heart-soul connection: exploring how the nervous system, psyche, and subtle energy bodies can come into right relationship. I combine a deep understanding of developmental neuroscience and somatic psychology with an expansive embrace of spiritual cosmologies and integrative healing arts. Your whole self is welcome here—and every part of you is met with care, presence, and respect.
This work is not theoretical for me. It began early in life, shaped by my upbringing overseas in a fundamentalist Christian cult. While the impulse to serve and love others was deeply alive in my family and community, I began to question the judgments and self-denial I was taught. My healing journey led me into studies of philosophy (Western, Eastern, and Indigenous), art, social justice, music, and science—all ways of reclaiming my inner truth and restoring sacred balance.
I hold a B.A. in Humanities and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology, with an emphasis in working with individuals, couples, and families. Since founding Connexus Services in 2008, I’ve pursued advanced training in areas such as:
-
Somatic Attachment Therapy
-
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
-
Polyvagal Theory and Applied Neurobiology
-
Group Process Facilitation and Family Systems
-
Sex Therapy and Relational Healing
-
Movement and Dance Therapy
-
Coaching Methodologies
-
Trauma Resolution Protocols
I also have training in complementary and alternative modalities, including energy healing, massage therapy, yoga, and integrative nutrition. I remain a passionate student of both science and spirit—ever expanding and integrating the wisdom that helps us come home to ourselves.
Above all, I meet each client as a unique and sacred being. I trust that together, we can discover the insights, practices, and healing paths that best serve your growth, empowerment, and transformation.
I look forward to walking alongside you—wherever you are in your journey.
